Own your data! Here’s how to record who performed actions recorded in the database.

First make sure you exist (in the database)

Make sure you are connected to the database.

Find out who’s there already (as of the last time this page was updated):

Add a new person with the db_describe_person function from the lastest updates of the rodm2 package.

                   AffiliationStartDate = "2018-01-01", 
                   PrimaryEmail = "wendy@swamps.edu")

This updates both the “People” and “Affiliations” table. Affiliation IDs are linked to Actions through the ActionBy table which affiliates people with actions and can describe thier role in the action.
